I was really surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of the manager at Ralph. He provided detailed information on how to get to the hostel from the airport, including the cost of transportation. He even took the time to accompany me and another guest to local food stalls, we had a great dining experience. The hostel itself is brand new, clean, and comfortable, situated in a quiet and pleasant area by the riverfront. It's an easy walk to the flower market and Royal Palace, making it a convenient location for exploring popular tourist attractions. I had a great stay at Ralph Bangkok and would definitely recommend it.

The location of this hotel is incredible. It is just next to the grand palace, and you can even see Wat Arun from the rooftop terrace. Being able to visit Wat Po, Wat Arun, and the Grand Palace within a short walking distance is wonderful.
The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms are small and without windows. However, the staff makes up for it with their warm hospitality, making you feel comfortable during your stay.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby area. the hotel's location was great, being close to the main attractions and transport links. the daily room service was efficient, and the friendly staff were always ready to help.
The lack of soundproofing made it very noisy at times, which disrupted my sleep. the room was quite small, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The hostel had some good amenities like a rooftop with a great view and simple breakfast provided. , the dorms were quite clean and comfortable to sleep in. The location was convenient being near shops and cafes and famous temples, which made it easy to explore.
The area around the hostel was closed off after 6 pm which made it difficult to find restaurants open during that time. there was no storage space for luggage for those staying in the dorms, so it was a bit of a hassle.

The hotel is conveniently located near various attractions such as temples, piers, and the Grand Palace. Several previous guests have noted the location is perfect for exploring the city, and the receptionists were very helpful with advising on what to see. the hotel has a small rooftop with nice views overlooking the city skyline.
Some guests have mentioned a lack of common spaces, kitchens, or living rooms, which can be disappointing for social travellers who enjoy meeting people.
